Lakeshore Home

Private Address

Nestled on 2.9 expansive acres of lakefront privacy, you will find a unique opportunity in this stunning architectural dream.

Situated on Taylor Lake, the gated, almost 14,000 square foot 6 bedroom home was meticulously and artfully designed by Miro Rivera architects in Austin, TX and exceptionally built by Windham builders in Houston.

The materials were specifically chosen to withstand time and weather and carry this timeless contemporary beauty for years to come.

Heavy gauge steel infill, durable Spanish limestone and German copper form the structure, while warm pear-wood, Makore wood, Vietnamese white granite and hand picked Italian stone add to the rich elegance throughout. These thoughtful materials also provide acoustic balance to counter the structural “hard” components.

The living room specifically was designed with acoustics and entertaining in mind, intended to host live music and lavish gatherings.

The media room was designed with professional grade theater acoustics and sound proofing and features motorized, heated theater seats complete with individual controls and gaming stations.

The meditation room is peacefully accented with pink onyx panels snaking up the ceiling that create warm light during daylight hours via the skylight and backlit with LED lights at night.

To meet the desires of the owners for as much glass as possible, the massive windows were sourced from Belgium, they are commercial grade triple-pane impact resistant to withstand any hurricane. Additionally, the home is 12 feet from the ground with 174 piers, 65 feet deep, and it has never flooded.

The custom hanging wood benches in the back deck will delight anyone with the serene view of the pool and lake, and the professional outdoor kitchen is perfect for elegant entertaining.

Water features and koi points surround half of the home, so one is surrounded by water at almost every angle and view.

Guests will relish the private upstairs suite that features 2 bedrooms and a dedicated living area, and additionally there is an attached apartment with private entry, kitchen and bedroom for live-in staff or long term guests.

2 more bedrooms are upstairs as well as the gym, and the working elevator can transport residents to the stunning primary suite, complete with lake views, glass surrounded spa tub and extensive cedar closets and storage.

Downstairs also holds the study, the craft room and the game room. The formal dining room opens with large glass doors to its own private lawn for twilight cocktail parties and outdoor dining.

This home is timeless, an objet d'art, visually creative and functionally livable.
