A little over an ago, my husband and I made the life-changing decision to move to Austin, TX. As you can imagine, we were excited but also incredibly nervous as new residents and first-time home buyers. While researching my new city, I stumbled upon the blog of a music-loving vegan yogi who – as fate would have it – also happened to be a Realtor®. Nanette sold my last house, and she did a fantastic job! She was very available to me and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently while keeping me very in the loop during the entire process. We had a multiple-offer situation which was great! She was amazing at navigating me through that experience and we came out with more than I anticipated! She is clearly a great negotiator, and it was evident that everyone involved found her to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism was complemented by her wonderful warm guidance and positive attitude. She seemed to really be on top of all of the details, responded in a very timely manner to all points of communication, and I never felt pressured by her. I will definitely turn to Nanette again if the time ever comes!
I originally found Nanette on Yelp when I was just thinking about buying a house. We stayed in touch through email and Twitter. When the time finally came to buy the market was crazy. But Nanette stayed calm and helped keep us sane. She was really patient with us as we were looking for a very specific property. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted and I think we only got it because of how quickly Nanette worked. I would and will work with her again and I recommend her to friends all the time!
